I made this clock in one night. I like the concept behind it, that's why I made it. Just like my flashlight, I would like to actually have one. The edges of the numbers are jagged because I didn't bother making them nicer. Anyway, I hope you like it.

Enjoy! ^_^

One question. How many light sources will there be? Two shadows make for two sources but theres one major source in the center hence wouldnt that interfere with the needle showing?

There are exactly two sources of light. You can see the circles they produce. For the hour hand the circle is obvious, the minute hand has a more wide spread and dimmer circle, only the numbers 3 to 9 are within this circle. I could direct my lights better and then the shadows would be more defined, but they aren't. If all this makes sense...

I was talking with a friend while I was making it and she said 2:30 because that was the current time.

It sure is a cool clock! A combination of electric light, the traditional clock and the sundial concept?? Thinking about the mechanics makes my head whirl XD

Thank you! :)

I can understand how it would work, but I don't have the knowledge to know how to build it, but I guess if I had the resources, I could learn.
